Please note your counselor does not have access to your transcript once you graduate.

Delaware Valley High School Alumni can request transcripts via THIS GOOGLE FORM

If you are having trouble accessing the form, you can reach out to guidance secretary, Lisa Barcelowsky (lbarcelowsky@dvsd.org). For transcript requests, we will need to know your name while enrolled here, year you graduated, and where you need it sent.  

*Please note that all requests will be processed in 5 to 10 business days.
